Psychosynthesis is a therapeutic approach that focuses on reconnecting the mind and emotions to create personal growth and development. This process helps to synthesize various aspects of the self to become more evolved and self-actualized by creating a compassionate bridge between spirituality and the everyday reality of being a human. It helps us to be in the body, balance our emotions and clears the mind resulting in feeling more peaceful and connected in life. This sense of peace centers us in the present and gets us through the difficult experiences with a heightened capacity for joy.

Sometimes we ask ourselves the “WHY” questions but they leave us with only more drama, emotional trauma and miscommunication. As children most of us did not learn how to communicate effectively. This creates lack of self-confidence, low self-esteem, fear, social anxiety and difficulty processing our environment. Psychosynthesis is an integrative and holistic approach which includes the exploration of the biological, emotional, psychological, social, sexual, cultural, ecological and spiritual elements and influences on our health and well-being. Psychosynthesis is often used to explore the deeper essence of who we are, the innate part of us that continuously calls us towards growth and wholeness. When we are present to this deeper essence, it provides us with a sense of belonging, connectedness, value, meaning and purpose in life.

Psychosynthesis incorporates working with early childhood, past trauma, and current issues. Some of the tools and process can be applied to many areas of life including our relationships, parenting, teaching, politics, medicine, administration and the arts.

Psychosynthesis is a combination of guided meditation, visualization, journaling, observations and other techniques.  These practices help to better understand where these issues originated.  Then we analyze the events with greater awareness by dis-identifying ourselves from the events that created the emotion in the first place. Transforming dense energy and emotions of hatred, anger, fear and self-sabotaging to self-serving choices. Transmuted into higher vibrational frequencies of Love, Compassion, and Kindness. This shift in consciousness brings union to self/soul to our body.
